I talk about physical, material, and economical violence, and dive into the blurry world of psychological violence which is ALWAYS present, when other types of violence are there. In this episode you'll learn a bit about some forms of psychological violence (such as gaslighting, emotional manipulation, stonewalling), and I'll give you a bunch of examples. I also look at the typical cycle of the violent relationship as well as the narratives that are often so strong in the psychologically violent relationship.
